Founder
Ashley Robinson (MSW, APS) is the Founder/CEO of C.H.A.N.G.E. Nonprofit Organization. She has over 13 years of experience working in the nonprofit world.

Carey Owens
President
Carey Owens has worked with nonprofits for over 8 years where he served as a project manager. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for 3 nonprofit organizations. Carey is the founder of Owens Professional Strategies.
Nick Rankins
Vice President
Nick Rankins has over 12 years of experience working with nonprofits. He currently serves as the Founder/CEO of Young Men On A Mission Nonprofit Organization.
LaKeysha Jackson
Treasurer
LaKeysha Jackson has worked with nonprofits and mental health institutions through accounting and finance for over 10 years. She is the Founder of Kay Jays Kreations.
Kwatasian Hunt
Secretary
Kwatasian Hunt committed her professional career to a local non-profit that focused on Substance Abuse Prevention, HIV/AIDS Prevention, Recovery Support Services and Mental Health for over 12 years.
John H. Winston, III, M.D
Community Advocate
Dr. Winston received an engineering degree from the University of Alabama then received his medical degree from the University of Alabama School of Medicine. After completing his training, he held academic positions at the Ohio State University then the University of Texas HSC at San Antonio.
