The mission of C.H.A.N.G.E. is to enhance services and community mobilization through providing needed education, resources and mentorship to promote holistic growth for underprivileged families.

Ashley Robinson
Founder
Ashley Robinson is the Founder and CEO of C.H.A.N.G.E. Nonprofit Organization, an accomplished author, professor, and dedicated community activist. With over 13 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, she also serves as the Board President of Young Men On A Mission.
Carey Owens
President
Carey Owens has over 8 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, having served as a project manager. He currently sits on the Board of Directors for three nonprofit organizations and is the founder of Owens Professional Strategies.
Nick Rankins
Vice President
Nick Rankins brings over 12 years of experience in the nonprofit sector. He currently serves as the Founder and CEO of Young Men On A Mission Nonprofit Organization.
LaKeysha Jackson
Treasurer
LaKeysha Jackson has over 10 years of experience in accounting and finance within the nonprofit and mental health sectors. She is the Founder of Kay Jays Kreations.
Kwatasian Hunt
Secretary
Kwatasian Hunt has dedicated over 12 years of her professional career to a local nonprofit organization focused on substance abuse prevention, HIV/AIDS prevention, recovery support services, and mental health.
John H. Winston, III, M.D
Community Advocate
Dr. Winston earned his engineering degree from the University of Alabama before obtaining his medical degree from the University of Alabama School of Medicine. Following the completion of his training, he held academic positions at Ohio State University and the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio.
